SearchSlowLogTests.testTwoLoggersDifferentLevel and SearchSlowLogTests.testLevelPrecedence fail intermittently.

There's a race between two test suites, when they both run in the same JVM.

@rjernst the easiest thing might be to revert #112183 whilst we dig into this more?
