Range sliders is difficult to grab on mobile #5923

Trying to grab the range slider dot on mobile (iOS specifically) is a bit of a challenge. I think the handler area is probably too small, and needs to be enlarged (even if it's invisible).

When converting the range sliders to Emotion (#5685), we can look at this issue.
