Validate Kubernetes Integration with Synthetics Source Enabled

Since 8.5, Synthetics Source can be toggled on/off through UI per integration. See relevant elastic/kibana#140095 information.

Goal:
We need to enable Synthetics Source feature for Kubernetes Integration and verify functionality and key savings.

Outcomes:

• Verify that with new feature, Kubernetes Integration is working correctly
• Verify storage savings with and without enabled feature. We can run Integration for specific time period and calculate the savings in storage.
• Reuse Cloudnative Rally truck if possible: https://github.com/elastic/k8s-integration-infra/tree/main/cloudnative
• Document any savings
