I just tested it on the new BC (I created a new 7.14 instance) and it has been resolved. I am closing it. |

Describe the bug:
I have a TSVB metric viz with Count aggregation. When there is no data, I want the value to be displayed as zero and not as dash.
Now the metric is displayed with a dash
while the timeseries is displayed with zero
I want Count to display zero and not a dash as it is confusing for our users. This is what we had agreed here #90861 (comment)
