Unclear performance issues when drawing linear charts

Server OS version: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS

Browser version: Chrome 58

Browser OS version: Windows 10

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): ELK installed from APT Repository

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: Sometimes, infrequently, linear graphs on Dashboar probably does not have time to draw, and i see only points, without lines. Updating the dashboard solves the problem.
The situation is repeated on different computers with different browsers.
Perhaps it's worth to increase some timeouts in server?
It's annoying.

@messirv I'm having trouble recreating this bug. How commonly are you seeing this, and would you mind checking your browser dev tools console to see if there are any errors there?

Thank you. The frequency is different. Sometimes the problem may not appear for several hours, sometimes it repeats every minute. I think this is somehow related to the total load, the number of logs taken. Now it does not repeat. I'll try to check errror on dev tools console later, when the problem appears .

I can't reproduce this either. This looks like a very gnarly problem though. There are known issues with high memory-usage for dashboards with a lot of visualizations (#7427), but doesn't mention this visual artefact occurring.

I am inclined to close this given the obscure nature of this. This is no longer a supported version of Kibana, and have not been able to reproduce this on latest version. thx,
