[Lens] Ability to define multiple axis for the same series

Describe the feature:

It might be useful to define a multiple "axis" for a series, for instance one in absolute value and another for relative/percentage value.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

This may be useful to show both absolute and relative value for a series, to compare it against some reference. Perhaps reference lines are already a solution for this, or maybe a workaround with transparency color ( #112839 ) is already enough.

While not 100% of the feasibility of this feature (at the end there are two distinct series to consider for the axis anyway) I think the mockup may have some interesting ideas.
