Control Visualization, #6884, that provides a simple interface for selecting terms generated by a terms agg on a field. Selecting a term creates a new match filter. Selecting a different term updates the match filter to the new value.

Display Options

  • Custom label
  • Specify single selection or multiple selection
  • Display control as select/multiselect input
  • Display control as list of radio/checkbox
  • Display control as set of on/off buttons

Agg Options

  • IndexPattern
  • Terms Field
  • Number of Terms
  • Order
  • Metric aggregation to drive term ordering. For example - instead of getting the top 10 terms by count, get the top 10 terms sum of bytes field.
