Describe the feature:
Allow zooming and panning of time series visualizations

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

• It is cumbersome and takes many clicks to explore my data over time. You need to exit the visualization context to edit the time range of the visualization.
• When users want to see what happen before or after a time range window they need to change The time range in the time picker manually using absolute date
• Users can’t zoom out directly from the chart, users need to go and use the time picker which forces to change perspective

Hello,
I saw in the new release of 8.13
they have added ML: Single Metric Viewer to dashboards,
It would be best to leverage this zoom/pan visualization design for all data (not just ML)
