[Seamless] Add any Lens visualization to a Case

Summary

As a user, when I see something interesting that I would like to include in a Case, it should be easy to do that in context.

Problem

As you are working case and exploring data, you may build or see things in disparate areas of (the ever growing!) Kibana landscape and you'd like to easily share them in Case. As it stands today, many of those visualizations are likely not exposed to the Case. Even if it were available to be added, good luck finding it in a see of 1000s of visualizations.

Proposed solution

As more and more teams/products/Solutions use Lens or Maps "under the hood" to embed visualizations in their UIs, imagine if those embedded visualizations exposed some common actions such as 'Add to dashboard' or 'Add to case'. Within Lens, we have an existing UI modal for adding a visualization to a dashboard (new or existing). Suppose that modal (adapted to Cases) was triggered from the 'Add to case' action and resulted in a confirmation toast once added.
