[Document explorer] Column to show the full document

Describe the feature:

• User should be able to add "document" as a column in the data table
• Ideally this column should exclude any fields that are added explicitly as other columns

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
I wish I had was the option to add the "document" as a column in the table.
For example, what if I wanted to look at the Kibana Sample Logs and wanted to sort them based upon the hour of the day. I would have to add the hour_of_day field to the table. I now no longer have the option to view all of the other fields in each document without adding each of the fields, which makes for a wide view. (The view can be much more easily controlled thanks to the column width options.) It would be great in this scenario to be able to add the hour_of_day field and a "rest of document" option where the document would just be another column. Ideally, this document view would exclude all of the fields that were otherwise visible as columns, e.g. hour_of_day in this example.
