Use Kibana data view field formatters to format labels for vector tile layers.

Kibana maps uses Maplibre expressions to display vector tiles to users. It is not possible to use a field formatter in an expression since expressions do not support custom javascript code. Geojson layers work around this limitation by adding a new property to the feature that contains the results of the field formatter. This workaround is not possible since its not possible to add new fields to vector tile features.
