I am unable to open Dev Tools in Kibana. When I click on it, it doesn't open.

Steps to reproduce

1.Go to Dev Tools from side menu
2. Console is not showing.
3.Able to open other menu's like Search Profiler, Grok Debugger etc

Kibana Version: 8.4.3

OS: Windows

Browser: Chrome

I believe this issue is a duplicate of #151563 which was fixed via #152366. Closing for now, please feel free to reopen if you still see this issue on a recent version of Kibana.
