Describe the feature:

Would be nice to have some UX sugar to change relative time-selection to an absolute one (e.g. last 7 days to absolute date range).

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

The time bounds do not constantly change when investigating a dashboard. e.g. when doing some investigations over "last month", we don't really care in grabbing the most recent few seconds.
