Error while exporting PDF with deferBelowFold (labs:dashboard:deferBelowFold)

Describe the bug:
If a Dashboard extends 'below the fold', it raises a warning while exporting the PDF and the dashboard does not load visualizations that were 'below the fold'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Dashboard with visualizations 'below the fold'
2. Export to PDF
3. Export is done with warings, data is incomplete

Expected behavior:
Dashboard to be correctly exported

Any additional context:
Maybe this feature can always be disabled on the server while generating any PNG/PDF?

Thanks for reporting! I can confirm this is indeed the issue. However, this setting is an experiment and there is a plan to remove it #176535. We will likely implement this differently as a dashboard option #150459 and will make sure that reporting works correctly when it is enabled. cc @elastic/kibana-presentation

As a workaround, please don't use the setting with reporting or create a separate space for reports where this setting is disabled. Sorry for the inconvenience.
