Kibana version: 6.3.0 BC6

Browser version: IE11

Describe the bug:
The tooltip for the default time field in the indexed fields table is displayed at the top of the table instead of next to the field.

timefield_tooltip

It's a regression after the React/EUI-ification of the indexed fields table.

It look fine on Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

This is fixed with EUI v0.0.55 (elastic/eui#924), which is in 6.4 (6.x branch) and master:
