[Cloud Posture] Not found page once an Agentless integration is deleted from inside the policy page #198151

The issue

Once I delete an integration from inside the policy page (app/fleet/policies/${policy_id})

I observe the following behaviour

✅ The package policy is deleted

✅ The agent policy is deleted

✅ The enrollment API Key is still present, however it's not active ("active": false). It's revoked.
Image

❌ I don't get a success message, but I stay on the same page of the deleted policy, which gives me the following error:

Expected behaviour

To get redirected to another page with a successful message

In summary, customer can't delete the integration from the agent policy detail because in the background we delete the integration policy and agent policy. In 8.17, we will hide agent policies so the customer won't encounter this issue. We agreed on noting this limitation in documentation for now until hide agent policies ticket is completed!

@smriti0321 Here are steps and pictures to document the Agent Policy Page Delete Integration limitation:

  1. Create Agentless CSPM Integration

  2. Click Agentless Policy to navigate to Agent Policy Detail Page
  3. Click Delete IntegrationImage

You should see the following error:

Troubleshooting Solution:

  1. Click view all agent policies and the policy would be removed!
