Kibana version: 6.4.0

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Describe the bug: Passwords don't match message on create new user dialog is not accessible by screenreaders. The message isn't announced.

@bhavyarm This seems to be working on master. Looks like EUI automatically announces the error so it's possible this was a change introduced after 6.4 shipped.
