Describe the feature:
Hello and thank you for the great ELK+etc. tools.

One of the common things I personally do in Kibana is watching different charts especially on the "Discover" tab. The problem is that when I need to look at data in big scale, it is often not very clear what was changed after pressing "refresh" button (or after auto-refreshing). It would be very nice to see the difference just in the chart, something like this:

Something similar could be implemented for other visualizations.

Closing in favor of #68884 which is pretty similar in our aim to reduce the number of issues of our backlog
