Reproduce:

  1. Create a dashboard with a vizualisation.
  2. Create a filter by clicking in the vizualisation.
  3. Disable the filter with the checkbox icon.
  4. Save the dashboard.
  5. Delete the disabled filter with the trash icon.
  6. Save the dashboard.
  7. Reopen the dashboard --> the filter is back again.

This does not happen when deleting active filters.
