Inconsistent Legend column width #4112

The legend column width for certain dashboard elements allow for 15+ characters. Pie charts and histograms limit characters to about 10. The maximum characters allowed for a Windows server name is 15, which is cut off for many Kibana dashboard elements.

Increasing each Legends character length to a minimum of 15 characters would be ideal to view all characters at a glance without hovering over the Legend item.
