Flaky visual discover tests. We are seeing failures with the new discover tests so we are going to skip them for now.

https://percy.io/elastic/kibana/builds/2580589 I am working on a fix in PR Revert hiding Kibana icon, test Percy rendering #43990 which is a rendering issue in Percy.
The other failures are related to same type as this one: https://percy.io/elastic/kibana/builds/2578979 where we are seeing some shifting. @nickofthyme will open a PR to try isolating the elastic chart and see if it stabilizes this test.
