Allow seeding of multiple urls in elasticsearch.url and use sniffing #5482

It'd be nice if we can seed multiple nodes urls for a single cluster in elasticsearch.url and utilise the sniffing capabilities of the javascript elasticsearch client. This would alleviate the need to install a client node on the same machine as the kibana instance.
