CCR EUI table actions do not auto-close after click #56910

Kibana version:

Master (38dc1cbd3c)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Cross Cluster Replication app in Kibana
  2. Click on one of the action ... indicators in the EUI table, a Popover should appear
  3. Click Pause/Resume

The popover still displays.

After clicking, the label on the button also still reads "pause" or "resume" which is not very helpful.

[UPDATE]

This is in both follower indices table and auto-follower patterns table.

Expected behavior:

The popover should hide after this interaction - at the moment it just stays there reflecting stale information.

I believe this is an issue with EUI, and should be resolved via elastic/eui#3619.
