[Lens] Table improvements

Kibana users frequently want to display their data as tables in dashboards, or by using tables for exploration. Lens could integrate some or all of these table features, and this issue will track discussion around these features:

• Changing sort order from the columns
• Filtering the table results
• Exporting as CSV
• Pagination vs infinite scroll?
• Displaying hierarchies such as Category -> Sub-category or Year -> Month
• Pivot tables
• Nested tables for hierarchical data
• Drill-down support
• Colored backgrounds
• Conditional formatting of values
• Calculated columns
• Custom actions
• Cell-level visualization widgets such as a trend indicator or sparkline
• Widgets could also include health indicators, gauges, links to actions
