[Maps][docs] Remove coordinate map and region map documenation

I would like to propose removing the documentation for coordinate map and region map found at https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/7.6/visualize-maps.html.

7.6 and 7.7 have taken steps to reduce the visibility of coordinate map and region map visualizations. In 7.6, coordinate map and region map visualizations are not available in "create new visualization" menu. In 7.7, Discover visualize button links to Maps application.

I would like to continue down the path of minimizing the legacy visualizations and the next step is to remove them from the docs going forward so they are not discoverable.

All roads should lead to the Maps application, even the docs

We've prepared our users for this with this note in the docs: The maps in Visualize have been replaced with Elastic Maps.

So I agree with removing coordinate map and region map from the docs, starting in 7.7.

I believe the answer is no. The docs will still exist in older versions so they are accessible but you have to work for them. I believe the simplification and avoiding confusion between the different maps out ways the down side for OSS users.
