When creating a new visualization in Kibana 4.4.2, I would like to be able to show the count of each value (for example, when creating a pie-chart with terms). Currently, the only thing that shows in the legend is the type of the field, but not the count. If you wish to see the count you must hover over the chart or click to expand the table. This makes Kibana far less attractive as a dashboard must be able to show important metrics in a glance.
This was discussed on #2245 but the issue was closed. The proposed solution there (using filters) is not sufficient for this functionality.
