[Observability] Overview does not update page/browser title #71811

Kibana version: 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT

Elasticsearch version: 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT

Server OS version: openSUSE

Browser version: Firefox 78.0.1

Browser OS version: openSUSE

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Docker

Describe the bug:
The Observability Overview page does not the page/browser title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any page in Kibana other than the Observability Overview
  2. and then, browse to Observability Overview page
  3. Observe the page/browser title remains the same as set in the previous page

Expected behavior:
I believe the page title should be updated to be similar to what is done in Security.
