When deleting a pattern, itd be nice to also have an option to delete the matching indices and associated objects in .kibana.

I've found that when playing around with the CSV importer, if I need to restart the process it can be a bit unwieldy to delete the pattern, delete the data from ES and then clean up anything else.

Yes, I am lazy.

This is a dupe #6615 but I hadn't thought about cleaning up visualizations, saved searches and such. I'll add that to the original ticket
