[Lens] add the ability to filter from the field preview

Describe the feature:
similar to Discover, allow users to filter values from the field preview on the left side. The filter should include and exclude

At the moment, users see the value they want to focus on from the field preview. They need to go either to the filter or the search bar of the filter, type the filed name, and select/type the value.
The ability to do it quickly from the field preview and have that added as a filter pill will be a better experience

During data exploration flows, user may want to also be able to add filters from the visualization: the use case is

1. Create vis
2. Split series based on a field
3. Realize that you only care about a subset of values of that field

At this point it would be great to be able to drag & drop the filed or individual value onto the "add filter" button to start filter creation
