(Accessibility) Tutorial_Directory - Scrollable region not keyboard accessible #89490

Open the tutorial directory and select one of the "Add data" controls.

The "Edit the configuration" region is a scrollable text display region which is not keyboard accessible to examine all the data.

This was fixed in EUI in elastic/eui#4463. Once EUI is updated in Kibana there won't be anything else to do so I'm closing the issue.
