It would be nice to have telemetry for our in-product documentation in Lens. The thing we want to measure is how long people spend reading the popovers we added to estimate whether it's actually used.

To implement, as long as a documentation popover is open, every second (or maybe every 5 seconds) trackUiEvent is called.
