Describe the feature:
Customize the missing value placeholder returned by terms aggregation. This is possible today in classic data table

...but it currently is hardcoded to (missing value) in Lens with no config option beyond show/hide:

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Allow visualization authors to apply their organization's terminology for missing in Lens tables. Depending on the data missing value may mean different things i.e. no sales or no data
