Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

Search results do not update when a search term is removed from the Rules and Connectors search bar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Rules and Connectors page
2. Apply a search term, observe the results update
3. Remove the search term using x button, observe that the search term does not update
