[Request] View Asset Criticality information in Explore

Description

Note: preemptively creating this issue, although not many details have yet been determined. @jaredburgettelastic will update this issue once more details are available.

To allow for better operationalization of the Asset Criticality assignment feature, we are incorporating the ability to view and bulk-assign asset criticality assignments from within the Security Explore pages. This will apply to both Hosts and Users.
