Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, when there are no TLS records to show, this is what the user sees:

We also show the same message when the app is loading.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to create dedicated loading/empty state messages, and should avoid rendering the table if there's no tabular information to display.
