Hello everyone!
I have buy a 3Dprinter Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro.After the next print I wanted to adjust the table level.
But the printer moved the Y axis and the Z axis and the screen showed that it could not return home.
I turned off the printer, moved the cable from the Y motor to the X motor and through the menu - the X axis moves.
This means the motor X is working/alive.
I checked the cable - there is no break on it. I also connected it with a new cable - the X axis still does not work.
Visually checked the board for burnt parts - found nothing. But I didn't look at the radiator.
motherboard - ZNP Robin Nano DW v2.2
As I understand it, the X-axis driver on it has burned out. Is it possible to reassign it to another port (it has a free slot for a removable driver)?
I have a removable BTT tmc2209.
or what to do with replacing the board with a new one - the printer is only a little over six months old.
