the apps have changed significantly and the play store images need to be updated

The linked doc is not public (probably intended), but please make sure to enable message bubbles in your images. Makes the app look more familiar for most users of other IM apps.

I wonder why message bubbles are no default by now, at least they should when a user clicks on "Friends and Family" at the onboarding screen.
