Steps to reproduce

  • Open a room
  • Let's consider a room member named "Billy" with the matrix id: "@BillMurray:matrix.org
  • Type @Bill -> the completion suggests the user Billy: OK
  • Type @billm -> no completion is suggested NOK

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect completion on mxId like the existing one on display name

What happened instead?

no completion in. case of mxId
