Registering for account in app, SMS Verification freeze iOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   When you first open the app after downloading it from the iOS app store.

2. What do you click?
   First, Click "Use custom server options" (We use a custom server for our company)
   Second, click "Register" at the top right
   Third, Create username and password
   Fourth, Click "Register" at the bottom right
   Fifth, enter phone phone
   Sixth, click "Submit" on the bottom right
   Seventh, type in the verification code that was text to you and click "Submit"

What happened?

What did you expect?

The screen to change after the verification code was submitted and bring me to the chat room.

What happened?

The screen stays the same after entering the verification code and nothing happens
