Option to disable pills entirely

https://twitter.com/davidbaron/status/1273708177020739584?s=20 describes problems mistaking pills at the beginning of lines as being the sender rather than the target of a given msg. Sounds like this could be fixed by simply removing the pill processing and leaving the displayname as a plain old hyperlink.
