Discord uses /tts <text> syntax for text to speech synthesis (using available browser tts engine). Can riot-web provide such feature?

I would hate if someone was able to make my device play audio as is possible on discord.

I find it very useful - I can listen to someone without the hassle of VOIP, with just a discord web app running in the background.

As I said - it should be an option.

I'm aware, but its a default-on thing which can very easily be abused
