Element should add a new capability for users to add custom emojis and GIFs

What would you like to do?

I want to paste some of my own custom goofy emojis to my friends on my element client but element does not have any option to add custom emojis and GIFs

Why would you like to do it?

Because we element users want to have the capability to add unlimited custom emojis and GIFs. We want to have more capabilities rather than the limited options that Discord would offer.

Hope the devs will add this new feature :)))

Please don't forget to add emojis on not just element desktop but element mobile (ios + android) and the web version as well
