  • Supports authentication via yubikey for packages.riot.im
  • Pull all the artifacts out of buildkite
  • Upload them to github
  • Upload electron artifacts to packages.riot.im
  • Regenerate riot.im/download/desktop & publish
  • Publish (un-draft) the github release
  • Merge release -> master, and master -> develop?
  • Fix develop branch to point at develop dependencies?

Depends upon #11582, #11583, and #11585

We'll track the required bits of this as new issues if needed. I think we've done most of the steps, and some of the steps aren't actionable in the modern world anyways.
