Element eat cpu after call finished #21372

Steps to reproduce

Used debian stable
cpu usage few hours later after start in htop is ~1%
Make a call. htop cpu usage is ~50-60% during a call
hang up
cpu usage in htop is ~20% and not reduce.
Restart and cpu load again ~1%.
