Steps to reproduce

  1. I invited Florian G into Element Internal via the dialog box
  2. It span for about 30-60s before it completed (although I might have interrupted it by clicking on the bg, unsure)

Outcome

What did you expect?

Fast invite

What happened instead?

Agonisingly slow invite. Might have been blocked sending old E2EE keys?
