Verifying your own device should not ask you to "contact its owner using some other means" #4663

I know that key verification is just a placeholder for now , but this should still apply to when it is redesigned. Currently when you verify one of your own devices, it uses the same prompt as when you verify another user's device, which includes the recommendation to "please contact its owner using some other means (e.g. in person or a phone call)", which is a bit silly when you are device owner.

(Obviously, should be done in conjunction with #2142)
