It ignores my proxy settings

I want to use it with Tor, at least as an option, but it ignores my proxy settings of connection and connects directly.

I want to host my own Home Server as an onion service, for two reasons: for privacy (bypass censorship, obfuscate my communication patterns) and for economic reasons (I don't need to pay for a domain, nor a hosting provider).

However, I need riot-android to support Tor in order to connect to this home server. Are there plans to work on this issue, say in 2 months? Or is it more like a backlog issue?

Since the project is becoming bigger it is only a question of time some instances will block several home servers. Just in case, it would be great to have an option using tor AND own/other proxy servers.
