Small improvement to the release script to prompt the user to consider upcoming deprecations that should be mentioned in the changelog.

Pull Request Checklist

  • Pull request is based on the develop branch
  • Pull request includes a changelog file. The entry should:
    • Be a short description of your change which makes sense to users. "Fixed a bug that prevented receiving messages from other servers." instead of "Moved X method from EventStore to EventWorkerStore.".
    • Use markdown where necessary, mostly for code blocks.
    • End with either a period (.) or an exclamation mark (!).
    • Start with a capital letter.
    • Feel free to credit yourself, by adding a sentence "Contributed by @github_username." or "Contributed by [Your Name]." to the end of the entry.
  • Code style is correct (run the linters)

The team has decided to deprecate and stop publishing python wheels for MacOS.
Synapse docker images will continue to work on MacOS, as will building Synapse
from source (though note this requires a Rust compiler).

Admins using the unstable [MSC2666](matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#2666) endpoint (`/_matrix/client/unstable/uk.half-shot.msc2666/user/mutual_rooms`),
please check [the relevant section in the upgrade notes](https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/blob/develop/docs/upgrade.md#upgrading-to-v11440) as this release contains changes
that disable that endpoint by default.

No significant changes since 1.144.0rc1.
