Hi!
I did make transparent background in red icons with static background.

But on white background ruin white icons

How to fix?
You are making other icons transparent and replace color with theme.
How to make switch color for all icons??

You probably need to create symbolic icons, These icons change color depending on the current theme.

The officially recommended way elementary has is via Inkscape.
