Installer feedback

Hello,

I just want to give some feedback about the installer & live CD. I used to be an elementaryOS user a few years ago when it was at version 0.4, and now I've been trying to give it another try and I've hit some some obstacles that I'd like to bring up so that the experience could be improved. I hope this is useful to the devs. If not, feel free to delete this thread.

1. In Demo Mode, if you choose a keyboard layout different from English, for example Russian, you cannot switch to English later via Alt+Shift because there is only Russian layout added. I think we should have both layouts in that case. Can't do anything in the terminal otherwise.
2. Once booted in Demo Mode, it's kind of not obvious how to proceed with the installation. The installer icon is hidden inside the applications menu. In Ubuntu they put it on the desktop for example. Perhaps it would be useful to have it in the dock as well?
3. As I mentioned in another thread, if you have many disk partitions it's difficult to tell which one you want to use because partition labels/names are not visible.
